Running Late

If you are running 15 minutes late (or less) to your appointment, please call ahead. Past 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations

When scheduling an appointment we require a credit card secured on file.

In an event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require 48 hour notice. This is to ensure we can fill the space with another guest. If 48 hour notice is not given for cancellation, the reserved card on file will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. No shows are also included under this policy.

This is to protect the livelihood and valuable time of everyone involved.
